By creating an account or using this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
This platform is operated jointly by Mada Alhyat Training Center (LLTC), licensed under the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training (TVTC No. 19187335502576), and Smart Compliance Leap (SCL), CR No. 2051253659 — two separate legal entities offering training and consulting services respectively.
We provide recorded and live training courses, professional certificates, consulting services, and business solutions. Course access, live session schedules, and certificate eligibility are as described on each course or service page at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to register. One account per person; sharing your login with others is not permitted.
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment or engagement, through one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Corporate and institutional invoicing terms are agreed separately in writing.
Recorded courses: you may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. After that window, or beyond 20% completion, fees are non-refundable.
Live sessions and cohort-based programs: cancellations made at least 5 business days before the session start are refunded in full; later cancellations are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future cohort once, subject to availability.
Consulting engagements: refund and cancellation terms are set out in the specific engagement agreement with SCL, since scope and timelines vary per project.
Certificates are issued only once all required course content has been completed and are personal to the trainee named on them; they may not be transferred, altered, or issued on behalf of someone else. All course materials, videos, and platform content remain the intellectual property of Mada Alhyat / SCL or their licensors and may not be copied, redistributed, or resold.
You agree not to share your account, record or redistribute course videos, attempt to circumvent content protection, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Our training and consulting services are provided on a professional-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on course or consulting content for a specific business decision.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

Pick up where you left off.
This permanently deactivates your account and removes your personal details. Your enrollment and payment history is kept for our accounting records, but you will no longer be able to log in. This cannot be undone.
We collect your national ID / iqama number to identify your account and issue certificates in your name. Attendance and lesson-progress data is stored to calculate training hours. We do not sell your data to third parties.
